With the help of our foundation the Port Reitz School obtained a sponsoring from Dutch Water Limited a drinking-water company in Kenya. On a weekly basis they are going to deliver 4000 liters of fresh drinking-water.

On October 7, 2010 the water tank, sponsored by the Fam. Brand, was installed. The very same day the school received their First 2000 liters of drinking-water from DWL.

In March Fikirini Charo made a drawing with his dream wish. He had written; 'I want to be drinking fresh water'

On the right a happy Fikirini who now can drink fresh water.

The clean and safe drinking-water is an enormous improvement for the health of the children. This very spring little Loise Mumo, a 10 year old girl dead of cholera. With clean and safe drinking-water she would still be alive today. The sponsoring of DWL is a magnificent start of our vast project 'Water for Life'.
